The location is beautiful with incredible views. There’s three floors of which we can pick one of two (first and third).
First Floor
I don’t recommend the first floor. The view is messy and the ceilings are really high. The only benefit is that if you wanted to do lifts or a lot of jumps there’s more room. It doesn’t look that much like an apartment though. Oh and the terrace is huge but the plants on the edges are messy as is the view. For the terrace space we could consider it.
Third Floor
The view is fantastic. There’s a huge inside space for dancing and filming at a distance. The railing on the terrace is really safe. The inside space is quite easy to decorate into a nice apartment environment. It has just the right feel. The ceilings are not high though and the terrace has limited depth. We’ll have to keep both of those issues in mind while working on the choreography.
