Nikos Raptis is 100% spot on…America’s hands are covered in blood and that is the direct result of its people’s ignorance in the affect of U.S policies on other countries of the world. They (Americans) just like the Greeks of the 2000’s and on, are immersed in pop culture, celebrity lifestyle, consumerism and the like. In addition, those that are indeed interested in Geopolitics unfortunately get their news from corporate controled media, owned by some of the largest corporations in the world (i.e G.E, Viacom, Aol Time Warner, etc). In Greece the mass media follow the same practise of population manipulation, but for their “personal” benefit and not the benefits of corporations-since most of the mass media are family owned. These families are in banking, energy, construction and every other viable sector left in this country.
